For ING Group, Daniela progressively covered HR roles in Bucharest, Amsterdam and London. Her efforts throughout the company merited further promotion as she created and implemented effective strategies and programs for talent and management development, integrated elements of banking and insurance functions, as well as led multi-national project teams during both growth and cost containment.
At the top HR level in UniCredit Group, Daniela’s role as a senior vice-president saw her perform commendably through the company’s start-up, growth, acquisitions and mergers in Bucharest and later on, other European countries when based in the Milan headquarters. Daniela has additional experience working in FMCG and manufacturing industries in Europe.
Prior to her coaching and career in Human Resources, Daniela was a high school science teacher and an award winning television broadcast journalist.

Daniela has obtained certifications and accreditations from recognised worldwide organisations, such as the International Coaching Federation, Coaches Training Institute, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Birkman International and the UK Chartered Institute for Personnel Development.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Bucharest and additionally holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies from Titu Maiorescu University in Bucharest. Daniela has been conferred QTS (qualified teacher status) in England.
